I thought when people say their pronouns are he/them or she/them that means you can use either one but sometimes I see people say that their pronouns are either, say, he/him or he/them, does that mean that you have to use those pronouns specifically? Like, you say he and them specifically when referring to said person? This is worded confusingly but I can't figure out how to word this because this is confusing so yeah help
