The thing with me is everyone in my family had the AstraZeneca one but due to my age (24) the uk won’t give that one to anyone under 30 and some cases under 40. So really have no idea on what side effects I could end up with.

Having covid might be a contributing factor

Everyone has different responses, but just remember it's nothing to be concerned about, it's just your body building up those antibodies :)
