that depends on so many things honestly you just need to feel your plants, get to know them, lift them, do whatever you can to become able to see when they need water
i rarely water my monstera
eføy is shady i've heard they can start growing into the walls and shit so be careful if you're renting
ah okay, ill try my best to listen to their needs then
i've never had plants so this is all new to me
really?? okay im gonna watch out for that, i am indeed renting
if you don't mind getting your hands dirty i've heard it's recommended to feel the soil with your finger, like putting it down in it to see how it is.
generally they are more thirsty when it's much daylight and warm, so during winter they require less watering unless your apartment is very dry and shit like that
generally, monsteras are very forgiving when it comes to forgetting to water them, it's better to water it too rarely than constantly. mine survived being abandoned for 5 weeks during March - April 2020 (in Oslo) in a very warm apartment.
I don't know much about eføy except that they grow into things, so you should probably rotate it and move it and stuff like that so it doesn't manage
