some things i always buy or make sure to have at home is


bananas, frozen berries and granola
to make super good n cheap smoothie bowls for breakfast

some typ of grain. quinoa, buckweat, oat
sometimes rice.. but i mostly avoid it

any type of lentil. red, green or black..
good for soup or sallads or stews

canned tomatoes, chickpeas and beans

fresh spinach or some other fresh sallad mix
onion, garlic, lemon, carrots and beets

frozen herbs. all of them.. coriander, basil, parsley
frozen chicken, broccoli, veggie sausages, falafel and salmon

and some oatmilk and cremefriashe
