cuz i'm not ACTIVE like that. i don't work out but i have a very physically heavy job ig. but still, i don't work out. would it still make me lose weight or would it be healthy for me to eat high protein???
kagura wrote: it's calories that make you gain weight, not the proteins, fats or whatever else but yeah if you are not that active there's not need for high protein diet, bet you get enough just by eating "normal" food whatever that is to you
cobain wrote: i lost almost 50kg in the past idk why it's so hard for me now i believe in a balanced diet, so like not cutting anything out (like carbs) just balancing it and trying to not get too much of something while also not getting too little. lol it sounds like i was very mindful of what i ate which wasn't really the case. the meals i ate were exactly the same as before most days, just smaller portions + more veg. i also didn't eat unhealthy snacks n indulged in food like i previously did AND i went for looong ass walks anyways i don't know SHIT about these things really, i just went with my gut feeling and what sounded right to me LMAO
but it's different now u know : ( back then i was unemployed, had basically all the time and energy in the world for these things. and i lived at home where u know... the food supply was a bit different than now when i'm living alone and now i have a full time job w an irregular schedule. god i miss being unemployed
