soo i applied to this job in may because the "boss" of the store wanted me to apply. i sent my CV and everything and i went to an interview after 2 weeks. Then she said "we use to have a interview part 2 where u come to our store for one hour for us to see how you work here". So I did today. I have no idea why she wanted me there because i did not know shit. I did not get any type of training or something. She just wanted me to ask if any of the customers wanted any help and so on? When i was done there she said that i will hear from her soon and maybe have me at the store FOR A THIRD TIME?? for what? she also said she might wanted a part 4 of the interview where i talk to the brand manager over a zoom meeting. this shit is not even worth it anymore

what kind of job has 4-5 interviews?? its just a store at the mall. going to apply for other jobs just in case because what if i don`t get it?? and have used so much time on them and been to the store to "work" one hour here and there for nothing?? is this normal? also i don`t understand what they want anymore because the boss is taking ages to come back to me and i get 0 info. i did not know any of this before i went there today

so I guess it’s only if they know you’re getting the job first but maybe they’ll pay you for it when you’re hired..
maybe but i mean? she said the thing about coming to the store right after the regular interview so i have no idea.. to be honest i don`t think i will get anything for that

The fact that they’re not telling you anything is worrying but I’m pretty sure the stores that I worked at included it in my first pay check so you can always hope..
