I was thinking maybe they might use it for things other than airstrikes and the likes but now that I think about it, what would they use it for, earthquakes? I think you'd notice lol

If it is the alarms going of for air strikes, denmark test them every year with sound on. We also use them for toxic fires, i know that happens once in awhile.

I knew about the chemical warfare they used, it really is evil. Any disregard for the environment and/or future generations after a war really gets me, it's so frustrating. I knew they had some psychological warfare but I didn't know too much about it, so hearing the specifics really breaks my heart.
