o yea theres a lot of mood swings and highs n lows, good luck
currently in adhd/autism specific therapy thing n we're trying to figure out how to manage daily life without getting overwhelmed

other than that i got my covid vaccination and i got my foster cat her vaccination, her experience was much less pleasant
