help I need a pork tenderloin recipe

my bf doesn't like it when I cook with MSG so that's out.
I don't usually cook meals that are like meat and sides, I usually cook meals that everythings thrown together in a pot

I think we mostly just do salt and pepper and some really good butter (meierismør)? But I don't really eat pork so I just googled it up, and that seems to be it. 

Sides:
baked potatoes or mashed potatoes
oven-baked vegetables (carrot, onion, broccoli, peppers, tomato w\ thyme or salt\pepper or whatever you like)
beans
salads

Sauce:
the brown one? mushroom sauce?
or red wine sauce?
or pesto filling?

I'm not sure if this helped because I'm not sure exactly what you want to know. I am looking at norwegian recipes. Could translate if you knew exactly what you wanted, and how to cook it.

It's allegedly just 20 min in the oven* after adding spices and frying it in the pan to get some color, so I mean... it practically cooks itself. I'm sure you can do it!

I'm sure I can do it, I just get nervous every time I try to cook a large piece of meat, something always goes wrong
