I guess u can make qr codes for different stuff, but its just not, u can't make a qr code for internet lol, but u can probably make one to make other ppl connect to the internet or to connect to mobile data hotspot, usually qr codes just lead to a website. If I acrivate hotspot on my phone, I can make a qr code from that in settings, just so u don't have to write the password I think manually
