If you wanna quit, I'd say don't go look for a replacement. Just do it. That's what I did and it worked for me after I tried smoking less and always relapsed.
Personally, what held me back for a long time was the notion that I would miss out on something by quitting or something, idk. Like I'd take something away that improves my quality of living.
What I mean is ... for example drinking a cup of coffee didn't feel complete without having a smoke. In my mind it was part of eating a meal. It was what you did in your break at work. While driving. A lot of things felt weird or just sort of
less without having a cig afterwards.
It was like a conditioning. And realizing that non-smokers don't need a smoke to enjoy those very things I couldn't imagine without anymore was kinda eye-opening.
I hope I don't sound super condescending. It's just what I experienced

iigi tho i dont feel too empty without cigs like i only feel that in the morning as coffee n cigs r the best morning routine ever ok and like when im with friends
