tbh the most important thing is to research how much nicotine u will put in ur body if u start vaping. if the intake is higher, u will get more physically addicted, which is the worst outcome really..

I have a few friends that successfully lessened their cigs per day by vaping, I think it's worth it
just make sure you have the right strength of nicotine in the vape

i got addicted through passive smoking and i started vaping without nicotine to get the urge under control
dunno if it's any better tho bc it's a highly debated topic, but it keeps cigs out of my mind for a while haha

If you wanna quit, I'd say don't go look for a replacement. Just do it. That's what I did and it worked for me after I tried smoking less and always relapsed.

Personally, what held me back for a long time was the notion that I would miss out on something by quitting or something, idk. Like I'd take something away that improves my quality of living.

What I mean is ... for example drinking a cup of coffee didn't feel complete without having a smoke. In my mind it was part of eating a meal. It was what you did in your break at work. While driving. A lot of things felt weird or just sort of less without having a cig afterwards.

It was like a conditioning. And realizing that non-smokers don't need a smoke to enjoy those very things I couldn't imagine without anymore was kinda eye-opening.

I hope I don't sound super condescending. It's just what I experienced :)

iigi tho i dont feel too empty without cigs like i only feel that in the morning as coffee n cigs r the best morning routine ever ok and like when im with friends

apart from that i cba smoking but it would just be nice to replace it with smthn else as i still wanna smoke but only at times meaning vape is better as u can choose nicotine or no nicotine lmao so id still have to quit cigs but idk how effective that would be
