What you say is striking to me because I'm more inclined to think its harmless. The thing is I have a difficult time not accepting things like this as being bad because I'm always thinking, 'oh but what if it was nothing' or 'oh, it's because I did that, it's my fault'. I haven't told my family because they would probably just say I'm being silly and that it's nothing to worry about.
