in the past i've used pilot frixion, staedtler, regular faber castell ones and other similar ones
but i'd say that the first i mentioned isn't rly a colour pencil,, it's more of a ink-type of pen that u can erase with,, n the other 2 i mentioned are weak in colour

but mayb u could check some reviews on youtube ! there are a lot of people comparing different brand pencils

igi it looks pretty shitty when ure doing it the "normal" way but if you do the corners a bit darker, like inside around and then lightly in the middle etc then it looks cool.
its a great hack especially for flowers
