Ig blood makes kinda sense since they do that suction thing, but still, do they just have to keep pumping in blood to then suction it out again, why isn't it just bleeding everywhere. My sister had rods through her knees for 5 weeks n its weird how it doesn't just constantly bleed but also doesn't grow much around the rods I guess

They often use machines + camera + robotarms to do the tiny stuff, otherwise they are so many docs, nurses etc. under surgeries.

Also keep in mind that they are in a controlled environment with people who has the sole purpose of cleaning.
