Cheese is a lot, but I would just measure one of ur slices on a weight (if its pre sliced), and then go off that instead of the slices they provide in the app, or if its not preslized, just measure out all the slices u have made and r gonna use, cus the slices r never the same weight that way. Also make sure to try to find the exact type of cheese u have, or at least one w the same fat percentage

But yeah, with the regular cheese we have here (white cheese, norvegia, 27% I believe?), its 350 or a bit more per 100g, so 8x15 would be 420 calories, so fat percentage has a lot to say

aah yeah i did scan the cheese and it was more cals than the one i found in the screenshot so imma use that one instead, but i guess it doesnt matter too much since i will eat a soup i made and i have no idea how many they were lmao sad

If u made the soup urself, there should probably be an option in the app to make recipes, so u can add all the ingredients into it and u see how muchit is for the whole thing, at least its like that in the app I use, but I never rlly tried lifesum tho. If u meant u didn't know how much the soup was. Or if u jsut meant u didn't know how much cheese u used, thats fine tbh, I tend to overestimate a bit if I don't know, but its not rlly needed, just be sure to meaure it out next time and ur fine yeah

Lose it, I have premium now but it worked fine without it too, I just have it cus it wasn't possible to plan ahead if u didn't have premium

I would not trust that app unless you know you have the exact brand and produce. Better look at the product itself and what it says about weight/g.

Most of the time when I used that app for a short period of time, they did not have a good norwegian brand/produce section so i never got a good estimate.

Yeah I think uh, thats why I think just being aware of calories is good for most ppl, even tho they might be normal bmi and just want to stay there, cus I see so many ppl being surprised when they actually start counting, esp high fat stuff like cheese, nuts, avocado etc
