i have like 4000 supressed feelings shoved inside the deepest depths of the hell that is my brain and i literally have no fucking clue what im supposed to do with them, but ive realized lately that im gonna have to deal with them now because theyre probably one of the things stopping me from being happy

yes that is literally what ive done now for like 10 years but my ego is crumbling into nothing and im no longer able to rationalize myself out of the shit im going through

i understand it’s definitely not healthy bc no matter how hard u try to ignore things and forget about them they usually always come back to haunt us again

If you have no idea what you’re feeling it’s ok too

Do you have any friends or other people irl that you can talk about this with? I think it's important to say stuff out loud, and get other opinions from people you trust.

If you don't have any people you trust like that, I would try either a helpline or someone you trust online, but I would try one on one talk - and to get "deeper" in the issue.

I hope you take care of yourself! Make that a priority going forward. Drink water (you can use hairties or rings that you take off to track how much you drink, or an app or something). You can do the same for eating (if problems with eating). Take a nice shower or bath. Sleep (not 2 much and not 2 little). Get some fresh air and enjoy the weather. Meet up with friends or family.
