update so i could lift my arm use etc the only pain i have is the swollen lymph noddes under my arm but thats it xx

apart form a mild stiff arm for 2 day with the first vaccine i was fine so i'm like oh god what will i be like with this one xx

well my main job mondya to friday is digital marketing so i need my arm to type and my job sunday is team leader at a football stadium which invloves serving customers and stocking up fridges etc which is going to be a bundle of fun if it still hurts then.

ugh the team leader job sounds risky aaaah but mayb with a painkiller it should be fine if u happen to have issues at that point (i doubt it tho!)

i can't swollow pain killers either as i have a constant tonsils swollen due to suffering from chronice tonsillitis since the age 10 so (coming up to 15 years lol)
