can someone give me ideas for

simple nutritious dinners that are extremely easy to buy and prepare because i havent eaten actual food in 3 days and i havent eaten actual dinner in like i dont even know anymore, like im literally unable to keep myself alive right now its not ideal

i guess the simplest, most nutritious dinner you can make would be scrambled eggs or something, i guess i answered my own question, idk if im gonna be able to force myself to eat that though

my go to is just  quinoa, (frozen) veggies, beans  and crushed tomatoes
like just boil the quinoa, then veggies and tomato and whatever spices and when everything is cooked just add beans. if being super extra you can add some cream 
then eat straight from pot so you won't make more dishes lmao

hmm maybe tomato soup and a piece of bread? put butter and cheese on if you want and mayb a fried egg on if u don't mind that?? or a boiled one in the soup 

u can cook a lot of them and have them in the fridge, won't go bad for a while

or maybe just buy one of those ceaser salad kits and make chicken/vegetarian substitute and eat mayb hmm

the stomach needs non liquid things to function well, so u can't just drink what u need even if u get all the nutritrion u need  so one non liquid meal per day might be a minimum rule that is good to follow i think

i make one giant portion of food, then i only have to heat it up over the days.
sometimes it even last me a whole week.

it's like pasta w chickpeas, tomatoes, zuchinni and whatever i've on hand in a pan + some coconut milk.

mmmh good idea !! i like making goulasch and just toast some bread to dip in it for the meals
