ye i will consider that if i continue having probs. im going to visit my mum next week, meaning i'll be back on my old diet lol so we'll see if that changes anything to do with the bloating
i also just bought bananas, apples, yoghurt with lots of protein, knækbrød (english?? google translate says crispbread) and green tea, which google told me should help with bloating soooo
