anyone got any tips for dealing with being bloated? like getting rid of it? it's a little unusual for me to be this bloated all the time but it's been going on for a while now

im guessing it's coming from the food i eat but idk which foods cause bloatedness. i have changed my diet a little to the more... easy kind, so that's prob why but yeah

any tips appreciated thx

The list is big why you get bloated.
I've noticed in myself it's because of veggies, esp onions or just in general salty food.
Some ppl finds out they're lactose intolerant, and test that by cutting diary out of the diet for a week or two to see if there's difference.
Idk if you exercise, but some ppl get bloated after cardio etc.

Go for a walk and drink water, and let time help with bloat. Other than that you could talk to doc if it's ongoing problem and if it's possible to take any test or supplements that might help.

ginger infused water and pickled foods usually help me. have you heard of ileocecal valve massage? idk if that's gonna be even related to your issue but it might be worth a search (my bf has been getting bloated pretty much every day for months and we still don't know why but this helps him a bit)

A LOT of things can make you bloated. It can be a cause of food or trapped gas or a disease.

Usually FODMAP helps. Just try to figure out what is causing YOUR bloating. It's different with everyone, but usually veggies, dairy, beans, wheat and stuff like that are bad

Yeah, it's the main reason to be honest
If that doesn't help I suggest you go to the doc's since in that case it might be an underlying issue

ye i will consider that if i continue having probs. im going to visit my mum next week, meaning i'll be back on my old diet lol so we'll see if that changes anything to do with the bloating

i also just bought bananas, apples, yoghurt with lots of protein, knækbrød (english?? google translate says crispbread) and green tea, which google told me should help with bloating soooo

crossed fingers
