those dont take much power to run so u should be perfectly fine with a laptop, saves a ton too with not having to buy a keyboard and audio stuff

First example of a good pc that would be more then enough for you for less then 13k
second pc is also very very good, a bit more expensive but still good, although you don;t really NEED the 2060 card but who knows, maybe you'll find a game that need this power

But if the fans and the noise is a no for you, a laptop won't be the best idea, but if you're a student or need a laptop maybe getting one is a good idea, then again it's keyboard and screen as well, although for my the laptop keyboard is bad especially for games like lol, but yes

third pc this one is SUPER cute and I'd love to have this in the future wtf it's pink and cute AND has enough power for those games and much more heavy ones.

first laptop this is also a very good laptop for gaming, Asus knows their shit, I have this exact one, but the 2021 version (only actual difference is a better graphics card so more expensive but not by a lot) BUT it's can be a hot laptop, therefore loud, but it ran me SUCH powerful games with little effort or fps drops so it's super worth it with laptop cooler

second laptop is another good laptop that has the 3060 graphics card, one of the newest cards out there today, so if you'll keep it safe it'll serve you with new games for even years to come, MSI is a good brand, it barely weights 2 kg, so super light, and very comfortable

I'll try finding more options but those things are like what imo you should look for, i5 generation 9 or 10 would be enough for you, and a graphics card of 1650-1660 would be perfect for intel, for AMD AMD Radeon RX 590, but in that graphics card generation I'd recommend intel.

if you want some more options or a fixed specs thing feel free to send me a message on discord as messages here are really not comfortable to use lmao and I am not here that often as of late

ahah im no expert but i personally have a komplett prebuilt pc and its pretty great, ive had it for well over 2 years and it still runs very nice no issues, i have geforce gtx 1060 (which i think is out of production?) and an amd ryzen 5 2600x processor, i dont know anything about different ram (brands? products??) but make sure you get 16 gab of ram in your pc
if your budget is 13k i would personally recommend getting a desktop, but i understand it might be expensive if youll have to also buy a mouse, monitor, and keyboard
