kids love fidget toys, like pop-it etc. Science centers or hobby stores sell fun stuff for kids too that are affordable.

well, as me being literally children, i would say that just all kind of stuffed animals, candy or fidget toys will make them happiest, those are just trends now and everybody wants them so i would not be suprised if they would want some too

Books, fandom stuff for thing they enjoy like a tee, cap, bottle. Plushies. Dvds/movies.

If you don't know send their parent a message askinf what they're into

plushies or books wud be more memorable (or a game for all of them if they have a console)
but if more expensive stuff isnt a possibility, cheap small toys n candy should be fine

the child at 6, could very much still be into toys tho, i don't know if you in any way know what they like. As like a show maybe, that has some toys in that theme?

yeeah true. i might try buying books for my nephews this year (11 and 8 ), or one of them. i've bought some for my brother (10) before but i feel like he looks at them one time and then never again. maybe he just doesn't like em

i like buying books for kids (my brothers lol) but they don't like reading shdgjk. or maybe one of them does but he doesn't do it ever idk
other than that i've gotten them stuff related to things they like, a meowth plush, fortnite t-shirt etc. one of my brothers was super into drawing for a while so i got him art supplies, etc. and once for one of my brothers' birthday i took him to the cinema (we saw fantastic beasts 2) and he enjoyed that a Lot.
