hard boiled eggs, peeled and pickled in a vinegar brine, very tasty little protein bombs, good depression food cuz they don't go bad for months, and you can fill up on 2 of them.

that never changes. been eating the same blend of pineapple, raspberries, banana, ginger, lemon n a dash of oatmilk with granola on top for almost erry day of the year
thinking i should be switching it up soon and try another combo. cause some days i'm a little sick of it. but i always come back to it, it is a winning concept!

yes i know  eggsalad or beetroot salad is so good too!! i might try pickled eggs, sounds like something i would either enjoy or hate lol so im actually really intrigued

idk if ive ever seen it in stores tho, might just be that im blind - are you danish? (like do you buy it in danish stores)

Yes! Otherwise i will have to see how you do it.. i got some old marmelade jars, so i should be able to pickle and egg or two!
