I don't drink coffee, carbonated things, fizzy, sweet, just some tea with tea leaves and water.
oh eating too much protein in lunch makes me more tired usually before the evening so I avoid too much.
If I do feel tired, I just splash cold water on my face and do something that is not looking at my laptop\book\phone that requires me to use my eyes to really focus on something and it helped, in addition, would try getting my body into like an energized mode with some exercise, always good to start your day with that and use it a little bit when you're tired when you shouldn't be tired
