Have some of you guys tried them? Experiences to share?
I don't have much light in my room, and it's only august and it just started turning dark earlier (okay like a month ago) and I'm already struggling with the dark, and the entirety of winter sucks. I'm considering getting one, hoping that it works with my mood and such because I'm always 10 times more awake in the summer when it is light outside than when autumn and winter come around. Anyways, do some of you have any experiences to share? And if you have tried a specific one, do you recommend it?

hey so, i don't think you can use this for light therapy because it only goes up to 315 lux. light therapy lamps need to be at least 2500 lux for it to work. though if you're just looking for a normal lamp then it's whatever
