its basically this thing were you put warm water with this powder thing up your nostril and it comes out the other end, helping take all the clogged up stuff out of there. If you're sick if might clog up again pretty quickly but it helps keep it less clogged up if you were to not use it. However that is a tad more expensive (around $10AUD) and I'm not sure if they sell it outside of australia. But that should provide you some temporary relief.
