does lower back pain go away

Does it go away if you start training (yoga, weights, whatever) again? I have terrible lower back pain bc I painted stuff today and I had to crawl on the floor and squeeze myself into a tight space

Is adult life just gonna be pain all the time after you did an unusual motion

If tension, stuck energy, bad posture, etc. is the cause of the pain then yoga can work. Worth a try, in my experience. Would probably take a few sessions before you notice any difference, tho. Luckily, there's a ton of free material on youtube so you don't have to commit or anything.

I'm fine most of the time but then I do something where I have to get in a position that my body is not used to in daily life and a few hours after the pain starts.

I can only assume it will work. Generally building flexibility, mobility and strength should help a lot of issues like these. Anyways, as said, worth a try if u don't get much to loose. Best case:it gets better, worse case:, u exercised and/or got more flexible
