i see it a lot on tiktok especially, but that's also where it gets confusing because... often someone has made a video about their trauma, and then ppl start talking about their own similar trauma experiences in the comments, and then the OP complains that people are trauma dumping in the comments? like what? if that's the case, why is the video talking about trauma not also seen as trauma dumping?

Also people using trauma like astrology signs nowadays is such a fucked up thing

That ppl on certain platforms (cough cough) use trauma as a fun label/ personality trait to make you interesting or even worse like an aesthetic.
