Limited items are marked LE in the fashion shop (hold on it and you'll see if they are limited by time or amount), other limited items are given out as competition prizes, mcw (mega credit week, the first week of every month, costs money) or codes (sundays, blogs, teams, shouts). Unavailable items can be obtained through the marketplaza or trading with other users. Trading requires you to level up to Youtube Star, which opens all useful functions for you as a player.
Site etiquette: If you act decent and don't treat it as social media or anything like Es is running, you should be doing fairly well. What exactly goes for this site is a bit of try and fail, but don't be afraid to add your own way of doing things to it as well. Use the correct categories, is at least step one. There are some explanation topics listed under the "game" category.
Otherwise, you should know that what you see is what you get. We are abandoned by the site owner, so be your own entertainment, and work with\around what is.
