good question, according to my test results on fürst, theyve tested for different stuff every time but then again i also go to the doctor for different stuff so that would make sense

idk just tell them some of your symptoms n say ud like to take some blood tests to check whatever levels that corresponds to those symptoms

A lot of issues that come-and-go though can be linked to our hormonal cycles so it can be really helpful.

I tried this app called Bearable, which is super customizable and perfect, but I couldn't keep up with it lol

They'll do bloodwork, ask them about getting special bloodwork for autoimmune disorders.

Your period is just one part of the cycle.
Yeah I meant the menstrual cycle, but idk how much of a cycle I actually go through since im on combined pill and always skip my period
