when i was 13 i'd spent yeeeaaars on computers and the internet
but my 10-year-younger brother who is now 13 hasn't. like he has used computers but has Way more experience with smartphones and tablets. i think he knows the difference between websites and apps but like. it's not weird if he doesn't, things are different
