have any of you ever bought a christmas calender from a beauty company like body shop or smth like that? were you satisfied? i guess it's not the best economical investment but did it feel "worth it" anyway?

i've never bought one but am considering it this year ngl !! as a way of treating myself hAH, but i would want to buy a skincare one probably (mayby body shop), and nothing with make-up because i'm too picky with colors and things like that

or do you guys prefer like, tea calendars mayb?? let me knoooow

tbh, skincare is such a tricky thing for me that it would never be worth it

hmm yeah i get that ! i think i've been blessed with skin that isn't too picky, except for like, right between my eyebrows where i've had some issues from time to time, so that's why i would go for that if anything (beauty related)

if i don't find one that makes sense to buy i think i might just go for a tea calendar or smth hahH

my mum got me the l'occitane calendar a couple of years ago, and tho it was a very nice gift, now that i've sort of tried the skin/body care product calendar, i would never buy a calendar like that again. I would rather buy the full size of the products that actually appear to me and fits my wants and needs, than to drown in lots of samples that i'm never able to use and just have to give away

if you love to try out a bunch of different products, i see how it could be fun/worth it, but it's just not for me. I prefer a classic chocolate or tea calendar 🥰

haven't bought one, my sis has tho and she was semi-satisfied (the surprises weren't all that exciting or something)
i personally don't see the point bc like,, why don't you just buy products you like/need instead

I haven't, and probably wont, just because I don't think that all of the products will be very suitable for every skintype. However i think that it can be very exciting with a lot of new products to try out and maybe you find one you rally like cx

tea calendar seems really nice tho, I usually just go with a chocolate calendar (cos <3 chocolati) oooh also, my friend was thinking of buying calendar with candles and if you like those that could be fun as well :3

ohh, i've had a few! i've tried glossy box calendar and i liked it! good stuff!

and me and j tried kränkus te calendar last christmas, so there was tea for 2 cups and you get to try their different types of tea! i recommend that one, but you have to be fast so it doesn't run out

edit: i think they have like a release date that you can check out
