My mom has had all the side effects that you wrote about and is trying to get another medication. She was recommended the maximum dose though, so that could probably be a reason why her stomach reacted like that + she has IBS

im only supposed to take 500 mg once a day for 2 weeks, then twice a day for idk how long lmao
