zalando's reviews SUCKS, like, I've even given them a pissed off review. i've ordered from them once before,  my package never arrived so i messaged them and they responded with a vague excuse about warehouse trouble and that my order cancelled and I didn't even get notified...

soooo.... should i still order the makeup? is it hopeless? can someone be my jiminy cricket and tell me what to do? what's your zalando experience?
