This came with instructions that say to put two coats, and then one coat every other day, and remove the seventh day and start again but it doesn't tell me whether or not I can use regular nail polish with it lol

i think just do it for a week or so, then remove and put nail polish on
or you can do a new layer at the end and put nail polish on top of that
