For me, my solution to tight necks and all of that is yoga so like some really, not forcing cat-cows, side to side and upward/downward movements w your head, roll your shoulders. Don't to it if it hurts tho and do it really slowly so if it does you can stop. Just try find some movements where it doesn't or is doable at least. You can also try to massage it but if you're tense af probably a lot of it is gonna be hurty so maybe just working on releasing tension in the back and neck area is a thing, like progressive muscle relaxation.Â
