The 2nd dose is the one that tends to be the kicker. 
It's not too uncommon that you feel a little under the weather from it. I myself felt like I got hit by a bus sore all over. I didn't have a fever, 

Honestly it's not going to go away in just 5 hours honey. It's going to be an all day thing most likely. But if you are having a fever and chills I would watch the fever and if it gets bad go in. 
107 is death. You don't want to wait too much on that. 

(Most my family is actually medical...I myself am not, I am not a doctor please don't have me try to diagnose anything. Only health advise I'm giving is watch the fever. I know how vaccines work as my elder sister actually works in that department)
