ok so i had a few sips of beer i think it was like 3,5 or something and im not supposed to combine my sleep meds with alcohol because of the respiration depressant effects of both, is the amount ive had little enough for that not to be a problem also it was like 9 hours ago

ok so plan: ill eat something to reduce the bioavailability of my sleep medication and then ill take it and it wont be as bad potentially or i could just take it perhaps maybe

oh idk… eating might be a good idea. I know that my bf pukes a lot if he mixes meds and alcohol, so maybe be prepared for that

but a few sips should be fine, but i could also be wrong

I think its mostly an issue when u get drunk, cus u won't get breathing issues by alcohol unless ur way past blackour drunk uknow, so even w the added medication, I think u would still have to drink a lot more

Also few sips of beer would go out of ur blood very fast tbh, like 1 hour max

you can always check how long it takes for the medication to leave your system but if it has been that long since you drank a little i don't think theres any alcohol in you so i wouldn't be worried
