will try the ice ! i don't have spot gel or anything for spots in general bc i'm lucky enough to basically only get one singular one b4 my period lol. except for.... times like these where i've obviously caused it myself hh
i have some antibacterial things tho, maybe that'd help idk

that's why i'm desperate to get rid of it, usually i just leave it and let it do its own thing, never pop them or anything. but i need this to pop and become disgusting right about now so it has time to heal so i dont have a mark by next friday lol
