Finally reached one of my goals of getting to 143 lbs. But, I definitely need to do some toning.
So, I'm wondering what are some great exercises to tone up but good for noobs like myself?

i would get a gym membership, much easier to get toned at the gym imo because there are a lot of easy things u can do and u can switch between a lot of weights so u don't have to push yourself too hard

otherwise i would get resistance bands and search for resistance band workouts on youtube

to work towards making a pull up can be a good goal that also tones up the back + is super good for your general body health

Would try the gym but I can't afford it so it's home for the workouts. Any who, i'll consider the advice. Think I actually got a resistance band somewhere at home. Def get that a try.
