Stress has a tendency to leave you numb too because you're dealing with so much at the same time, it simply gets too much.
I think you're onto a beginning with being aware of what you're not doing and not caring about - yourself, your happiness, your future, people in your life. See if you can get a break soon and take some time to properly wind down and treat yourself with care for a day (or more). Your body is speaking to you, and telling you something isn't working right now.
