Probably most importantly, to add to what Kruspersille said, if you're applying to a specific job just because it's available, you're probably gonna hate it and be miserable, and we don't want that.
Know your limits, know your boundaries, don't let people step on you, stand up for yourself and be honest with yourself about what you can or cannot do.
