lol i feel like my lack of sleep and energy is contributing to my poor mental health, but my mental health is the reason for me not getting sleep and not having energy.

Its abt balancing I think, too much sleep = tired, bad mental health. too little sleep: tired, bad mental health. Tho for me, the less I sleep (for longer periods of time), the better I feel, but its def not the norm
