really not helpful, but my mum is training our dog to travel by bus as well and they had a bus driver that was also driving like crazy and our dog was just sitting there constantly trying not to puke (because dogs are not made to puke actually) and she was really struggling to walk after getting off the bus despite it only having been a 7 minute ride

(but if you get motion sick fast, doesn't hurt to have a couple of medication against that. there's a bunch of them you can get without a recipe from the pharmicist if they don't clash with other medication you take and are a lifesafer!)
