i used have a gym bembership in 2018 and 2019, i had no problems with it what so ever i did not feel looked at or judged or laughed at or anything even tho i was and still am overweight lmao
if anything people had enough to deal with doing their own workouts
some were even really nice and helped me out when i didnt understand some of the equipment, and other times ppl asked me to help them
this was the case at two different gyms

hopefully ull have just a pleasant of an eggsperience if you ever do decide to go

That's me... Or I do yoga mostly, and I think you already know my answer which is MadFit on youtube for exercise-exercise, and then like just youtube searching yoga for (insert) when I do that, or I just collect my fave exercises and make a plan for myself to do.

I am too embarrased to go to the gym now (but I went for a while w my mom lol at a very small gym that her coworker owned, was fine) but I am also too embarrased to work out at home. Idk why its so embarrasing to like show my family im dieting or working out but it is fr lmao

I should start going to the gym again, nice to go in the middle of the night yes lol 👍 and also tbh I find it easier and less embarrassing to do it there rather than at home, but I have to wear the right stuff etc bla bla bla

i love madfit's dance workouts! aaaa lol dancing i just too much fun for me and it's the only way i get myself to move, besides running. but i don't want to go to actual dance classes because i feel like it take the fun out of it 
so +1 recommened 

i do yoga too. i think i mostly follow yoga with  kassandra on youtube
