Yeah, I think I saw it was reccomended 200mg-400mg 2 times a day (a lot) and 1 handful of almonds is like 77mg apparantly, so could mby help with a higher dose (supplements, so u don't have to only eat almonds all day), but might not work at all too ofc yes
