Honestly, I try to either just be like "this is a reasonable time to wake up, I should probably rise now" or like I have a plan of things to do, some of which I might look forward too, and I start doing them. Some days it's like yeah no, I don't wanna wake up, and other days i roll myself out of the bed and crawl to my yoga mat a meter away and then I wake up there. yeah honestly, you just need to find something to motivate you to wake up.
it's by far easier when you have something you have to go to.
