Yeah I've been addicted like 5 times at this point I think hhh aj, but its so nice not having to stress about bringing spray wherever u go tho. Or the stress when u feel like ur clogging up and u realize u forgot the spray at home an dhave no way to get a new one before the day after. Ultimate panic lol. My nose never gets completely cleared tho, even tho I've been a year off the nasal spray or more, but it helps if I use corticosteroid (?) spray (nasonex) but its expensive

I have salt water spray but that doesn't work since its the walls thats blocking my nose, not snot or whatever. Could buy nasonex but ugh, doesn't work before like a couple of days anyway

ive tried a binyrebarkhormon (adrenal cortex hormone ? google translate) nose spray bc i have a friend who said that helped her with her addiction but idk if i feel any different using that. my nose has always been slightly blocked my entire life tho so idk ive kinda just given up
