Google says food stays in the stomach like 4 hours n then passes on, but I just rememebr one time I puked n had eaten rice 18 HOURS before, and the puke had a whole lot of just whole rice in it lol, sexy, but fr tho seems so weird

Yes low metabolism allegedly so everything might be going just extremely slow through my body, food staying in my stomach for like 18+ hours allegedly and pooping every 4th day unless I drink diet soda lol. Love this body

So annoying cus it takes so long before I feel hungry sometimes but I also get super faint and low blood sugar n dizzy if I don't eat often enough so its all cursed

biology sucks. but if u want an optimistic look on it, all bodies have some kinda flaws bc our genetic chemistry is chopped up to so many pieces (like ur biological mom n dad's genes were already in billion pieces and then they combined them into u) that there's bound to be unexpected reactions at one point or another

Hmm yeah. Am going to the doctor again after new years tho to test my metabolism again to make sure it wasn't just low randomly last time he tested, so if its that hopefully I can fix it n poop and eat like a normal person, a very sexy thought indeed. Fr hopeee its that tho, and I don't just have 50 million other diseases that make up the symptoms of a slow metabolism lol

Aren't there foods and stuff that help metabolism and digestion? Maybe you should start incorporating more of them into your diet? Like don't fibers help metabolism? Am I making this up?

I eat a lot of fiber already. Taking magnesium like 600mg a day seems to help a bit tho so it doesn't take 4 days, but eh. I think my thyroid hormones are out of whack but I will see next month

Maybe your doctor could prescribe a higher dosage if it helps you, as long as it's healthy, idk what the healthy amount of magnesium is
