I love making chickpea curry, it's really easy and simple, I just fry up whatever vegetables I've got, but it has to be onion, garlic and ginger as a base, and then I throw in spices and chickpeas (chicken is also okay) and chopped tomatoes from a can and after a few minutes I add coconut milk and serve with rice! m M

another dish I make a lot is fish soup, I don't use fish sauce in that though but I guess you could

chickpeas unfortunately have the yucky bean texture (i like them but my roommate doesnt πŸ˜”πŸ˜”) onion garlic n ginger is always gooood

fish soup wud be good but the fish selection here is so BAD i hate pollock so much !!!! and salmon is so expensive and thats the only alternative

you could try to make crispy chickpeas in the oven maybe roommate would be okay with that

I buy the cheap frozen fish my mother also feeds the cat, lol but if I season it well enough and cook it properly it tastes good

I like broccoli salad, but without all the weird stuff

just raw broccoli in chunks, diced red onion, creme fraiche /sour cream, salt, pepper, white wine vinegar/lemon juiceΒ

I don't know w the measurements but since ur a pro chef u can just wing it n see how u like it urself, if u decide to make it

I also have an easy recipe for soup from a childrens magazine n its legit the best soup I have tasted in my life, but the recipe is in another house rn (very sad for me)
