Does anyone have tips on how to stay nourished n healthy while living alone?

Idk I literally forget to eat? 

I don't experience hunger,
so usually when I have to work e.g. I get up late, go to work, get home at 21, am not hungry so I'll just go to bed
n I feel fit af too
so suddenly it'll just hit me like "oh wow, you need to eat it's been 2 days" 
n while it doesn't affect me at all now
I don't think it's that good for my body in the long run...

I struggle with the same thing except that I'm severely underweight and my body is constantly tired and sore. not happy with how sick I look either sad I wish there was a way to get a better appetite, I have none. maybe set alarms to remind yourself?

i put all my meals separately on my daily to do list and also set alarms so that i'll remember to eat. Most of the time I'm not hungry and don't feel like eating so i keep something small that i can just eat right away in my fridge like puddings etc. If i haven't eaten enough during the day i drink protein shakes. I often I have to force myself to eat something which isn't nice but it's necessary so that gives me some motivation to do it.

yeah like many others have said I would recommend setting alarms everyday and hopefully your body might naturally develop a routine and hunger cues on its own
if you have the money for it, maybe arrange some food dates with friends a few times a week/month so you'll know that at least on those days you will get a decent meal that requires no effort

I used to have the same problem, I was somewhat underweight (yet somehow I still got recruited to the army lol) and in that year I developed a strict eating routine combined with being VERY active and eating a lot at every meal, and now even if I am not as active I've developed an appetite that makes my body happy
