Idk I literally forget to eat?
I don't experience hunger, so usually when I have to work e.g. I get up late, go to work, get home at 21, am not hungry so I'll just go to bed n I feel fit af too so suddenly it'll just hit me like "oh wow, you need to eat it's been 2 days" n while it doesn't affect me at all now I don't think it's that good for my body in the long run...

Most of the time I'm not hungry and don't feel like eating so i keep something small that i can just eat right away in my fridge like puddings etc. If i haven't eaten enough during the day i drink protein shakes. I often I have to force myself to eat something which isn't nice but it's necessary so that gives me some motivation to do it.

wrote: yeah like many others have said I would recommend setting alarms everyday and hopefully your body might naturally develop a routine and hunger cues on its own if you have the money for it, maybe arrange some food dates with friends a few times a week/month so you'll know that at least on those days you will get a decent meal that requires no effort
